Job description

Licensed Mobile Trailer Technicians are needed to join a growing fleet maintenance team in Cambridge. This role offers the opportunity to work independently in a fully equipped mobile service truck, traveling to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of trailers and equipment. Technicians will service a range of trailer types: Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Heaters, Reefer units, etc.



Compensation & Benefits:

  • $39.00 - $42.00/hour based on experience

Shift/Schedule:

  • Days Shift; 7:00am - 4:30pm
  • Monday to Friday with flexible start times

Preferred Requirements:

  • Hold a valid 310J or 310T Technician License, with previous trailer repair experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers and related equipment at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, braking, suspension, and structural systems, including component replacement as required.
  • Complete welding, fabrication, and body repair work while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, the ability to work independently in a mobile service environment, and safely lift up to 85 lbs.
