Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities as a Store Manager will include but not be limited to :
- Retail Management : Ensure exceptional customer experience and build customer loyalty; Monitor automotive inventory and make recommendations for adjustments; Collaborate with the local marketing team and respond to the specific needs of the site's customers; Carry out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles; Manage the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
- Production management : Ensure smooth daily operations of the site; Can mean actively participating in site operations;
- Workforce Management : Mobilize and empower your work teams; Conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions; Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with employees; Be responsible for disciplinary actions; Manage work schedules; Identify and develop potential talent to create succession;
- Other : Manage financial and material resources; Ensure the maintenance and management of the building Monitor performance indicators (KPI), develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve objectives Complete reports
