Patient Services Specialist
Join FYiHealth Group as a Patient Services Specialist at FYiDoctors – Whistler. This full‑time role (30‑40 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to deliver world‑class service and make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
About the Role
Stay open Monday to Friday, serve as the front‑desk receptionist, handle pre‑testing duties, and be the first point of contact for patients in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic.
- Checking patients in and out of the office.
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email.
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing and payments.
- Administering pre‑testing services.
- Upholding excellent customer‑service standards.
