Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy SaaS Sales Representative to drive growth across the Longevity, Active Aging, and Wellness markets. In this full-cycle business development role, you will lead outreach across senior living communities, active living facilities, wellness centers, home health, and long-term care networks. You will position our touchscreen neurotechnology platform as an essential tool for measuring neuromotor control, tracking cognitive-motor performance, and supporting functional independence. Working in a fast-paced early-stage environment, you will dig into industry associations, perform joint software presentations with leadership, sign regional distribution partners, and convert prospects into long-term SaaS subscribers across the US and Canada.
Advantages
Competitive base salary ($95,000 – $110,000) with uncapped OTE ($150,000 – $180,000), performance bonuses, monthly phone allowance, and a 100% virtual work structure with light travel.
Responsibilities
Mine industry associations and execute outbound outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct consultative SaaS demos with C-suite, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
Secure new accounts and sign strategic regional/vertical distributors across the US and Canada.
Collaborate with leadership on joint client presentations and continuous sales strategy refinement.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within longevity, senior living, LTC, pharmacy SaaS, or health systems.
Strong outbound prospecting skills with proven experience working with industry associations and booking executive meetings.
Exceptional presentation skills with an entrepreneurial, quick-thinking mindset suited for an early-stage startup.
Summary
As a SaaS Sales Representative – Longevity, you will spearhead outbound sales across active aging and wellness markets, delivering high-impact software demos and closing new account subscriptions to transform brain-body health tracking.
