  • Develop and execute sales strategies for North America, with a focus on concrete producers
  • Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline using CRM best practices
  • Conduct high‑level discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with plant owners and decision makers
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our software solutions and pricing, as they compare with our competitors'
  • Work with marketing to produce documentation, website, campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives
  • Work with our technical team to align product capabilities with customer needs
  • Forecast revenue and report sales metrics to leadership
  • Improve and document sales processes and playbooks
  • Represent MPAQ at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the concrete industry, or in related industries such as aggregates, cement, additives, batch plants, mixer trucks, concrete dispatching, process automation and manufacturing software
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of technical sales cycles and multiple stakeholder decision processes
  • Experience using and organizing CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is an asset)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Native-level fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Business fluency in Spanish and/or French would be an asset.
  • Ability to travel within North America as needed

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + performance‑based bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunity to shape the sales team of a growing, well‑established automation company
  • A collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
