Responsibilities :
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-impact engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ownership
- Take direct responsibility for the timely delivery and quality of your team’s work
- Collaborate with product management, designers, and other stakeholders to create and prioritize your team’s roadmap
- Work closely with UI / UX designers to build intuitive and delightful interfaces for our users
- Take ownership of building platforms that enable developers inside and outside of the company to build secure crypto applications
- Own, drive, and be accountable to KPIs pertaining to development processes, product quality, and customer value
- Act as a strong, positive bridge between engineering teams and product operations, support, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Align the team to broader company objectives and client expectations

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $240,000 - $280,000 CAD base salary. Equity and an annual performance bonus are also a part of this role's package.
