About the Role

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored for adult learners, using instructional design best practices
- Create SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using Adobe Captivate (or similar tools)
- Manage training content, course assignments, and reporting through the Workday Learning LMS (or comparable systems)
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives by aligning training to job classifications (JCC codes) and operational needs
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and learning events
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training gaps and translate business needs into effective learning programs
- Build job aids, manuals, and supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Maintain and organize training content using SharePoint Online (news posts, libraries, and learning hubs)
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the development of scalable communication plans and learner engagement strategies
