  • Exploiter sa connaissance des écosystèmes Salesforce complexes pour fournir des solutions déclaratives et non déclaratives alignées sur les besoins métier
  • Traduire les exigences métier en solutions bien architecturées, tirant parti des capacités Salesforce et conformes aux meilleures pratiques du secteur
  • Mapper les exigences aux fonctionnalités Salesforce et déterminer quand un développement personnalisé est nécessaire
  • Développer et maintenir une feuille de route stratégique d’architecture Salesforce, garantissant évolutivité et performance
  • Guider et superviser les équipes de développement sur la configuration, la personnalisation et l’intégration Salesforce en appliquant les meilleures pratiques
  • Participer à la collecte des exigences, aux tests, au déploiement et à la documentation des solutions
  • Assurer le respect des normes de gouvernance, de sécurité et de conformité de la plateforme Salesforce
  • Définir les standards d’architecture et les contrôles de qualité du code pour garantir la stabilité et l’évolutivité des produits ; effectuer des revues de solution/code
  • Superviser les activités de configuration, personnalisation et intégration ; réaliser des revues de solution/code et encadrer les équipes techniques
  • Se tenir informé des nouvelles versions Salesforce, des technologies émergentes et des innovations de l’écosystème pour favoriser l’amélioration continue

Qualifications essentielles

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe
  • Certifications Salesforce actuelles telles que Application Architect, System Architect ou B2C Solution Architect
  • 5+ années d’expérience en architecture et conception de solutions Salesforce
  • Expérience en automatisation via Flows, création de classes Apex et utilisation des API
  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite d’implémentations Salesforce à grande échelle en environnement entreprise
  • Solide compréhension des capacités, limitations et meilleures pratiques Salesforce
  • Expérience des intégrations Salesforce et des migrations de données
  • Connaissance approfondie du modélisation des données, de la sécurité, du DevOps et de la gestion des environnements
  • Expertise du modèle d’objets Salesforce, ainsi que de SOQL et SOSL
  • Expérience réussie dans la création d’interfaces utilisateur web, avec une compréhension approfondie de HTML, CSS et JavaScript
  • Forte organisation : vous respectez les délais et savez prioriser les demandes concurrentes
  • Adaptabilité : vous prospérez dans des environnements dynamiques
  • Mentalité de croissance : vous cherchez toujours à apprendre et à rester à jour sur les tendances du secteur

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience avec Vlocity et/ou Salesforce Revenue Cloud est un atout majeur
  • Familiarité avec Copado
  • Expérience dans le secteur des télécommunications est un atout
  • Expérience d’intégration de Salesforce avec des applications tierces telles que des ERP est un atout
