The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia . As the Operations Supervisor you will oversee the daily activities within the Operator Training Department, ensuring that all workflows align with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Operations Supervisor your key responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing the responsibilities of the operations team
• Supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of assigned employees
• Assisting with hiring admin team members
• Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
• Evaluating and reporting on department metrics, and developing strategies to improve department performance
• Adhering to and executing departmental budgets
• Overseeing inventory needs and administration
• Supporting continuous improvement projects
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

The base pay range for this role is : $69,200 to $86,500 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses.

This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, British Columbia .
