Plainsman Mfg. Inc. is looking to hire a Phosphating & General Laborer for the Day Shift!

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Phosphating.
• Assembling parts.
• General clean-up.
• Inventory counts.
• Deliveries, and pickups as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Miscellaneous tasks as requested by supervisor or manager.

Skills or Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or student.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Physically able.
• Follow written and verbal procedures as well as be able to clearly document their own work.
• Able to prioritize and make decisions using lean, risk, customer needs, and Plainsman's core values.
• Work with a team (conflict resolution, collaboration).
• Able to assemble multiple Plainsman product categories without supervision.
• Troubleshoot small issues and make corrections.
