Support IGT’s iGaming products remotely through front-end debugging, Linux knowledge, and structured resolution of complex customer issues.
This Technical Support Engineer position works with the Remote Gaming Server and IGT’s iGaming team. You will investigate issues within established operational SLAs, provide accurate customer information, and route concerns to appropriate internal teams. The position also requires clear documentation, training, and communication about RGS changes. Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, networking, SOAP and REST API data exchange, and XML reading supports the work. Collaboration with product, development, Customer Service, and RGS Service Operations teams is central to evaluating releases and customer impact. Casino operations experience with emphasis on system knowledge is preferred, along with experience in ticketed environments such as JIRA.
