About the Opportunity
Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for stand-alone entities, including supporting working papers
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
• Support year-end audit process and respond to auditor requests

Financial Analysis & Business Support

• Conduct gross margin and client/program profitability analysis
• Monitor revenue and expense trends and provide insights to the leadership

Contractor Payouts & Billing Management

• Prepare contractor payout processing for CRU Canada and CRU USA
• Handle payout email account and respond to client and adjuster inquiries
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billings and contractor payments

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience

Salary Range
$85,000 - $90,000/year
