Job Description
What is the opportunity?As an AI Security Platform Engineer (Global Security), you will design, build, and integrate the backend security infrastructure protecting RBC's rapidly growing AI ecosystem — spanning hundreds of AI agents, MCP servers, LLM gateways, and agentic workflows across the bank.You will deliver production-grade capabilities in AI Security Posture Management (AI SPM), Shadow AI Discovery, and AI Security Guardrails — providing comprehensive visibility into the enterprise AI footprint and enforcing security controls across the AI lifecycle. This hands-on engineering role focuses on building the security foundation through robust backend services: embedding security into CI/CD pipelines, developing APIs and integrations with AI platform gateways, and connecting security tooling to the broader Cyber ecosystem. You will ship production code, own service reliability on Kubernetes, partner with AI platform and DevOps teams, and directly shape how the bank secures its rapidly growing AI footprint — accelerating regulatory readiness and setting new standards for AI security at scale.What will you do?Address:
