Established Agile Community: Collaborate within a mature enterprise Agile community to contribute to and refine best-in-class delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and eliminate team blockers by coordinating across cross-functional groups, including Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, DBAs, and Offshore teams.

Agile Coaching & Performance: Help teams understand Scrum theory, rules, and values; track team velocity and metrics to drive continuous performance improvements sprint-over-sprint.

Project Management & Stakeholder Alignment
Delivery & Schedule Governance: Develop comprehensive project plans, establish critical milestones, assess delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time execution.

Backlog & Requirements Support: Assist Product Owners in refining, clarifying, and prioritizing product backlog items while ensuring effective communication between business and technology partners.

DMO Compliance & Reporting: Maintain required project artifacts in accordance with DMO governance standards; report key metrics (velocity, progress, risks, and issue logs) to executive leadership and the Agile DMO Group.

Deployment & Operational Support: Support occasional off-hours or weekend releases as required during major project deployment windows.

Qualifications
Professional Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience operating as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) with prior project management or team lead experience.

Agile Mastery: Expert knowledge of Agile Principles, Scrum, and Kanban delivery frameworks.

Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with Agile management and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills: Exceptional servant leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills; proven ability to build trust across distributed business and technology teams.

Work Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work in an office setting (with camera-on virtual meetings) and support occasional overnight/weekend deployment windows as needed.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Prior project management or Scrum Master experience within the Retail Industry.

Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or advanced Agile credentials (A-CSM, PSM II, PMI-ACP).

Summary
