Job description
We are seeking a certified and seasoned Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This is a vital, hands-on position where your expertise in material movement will directly ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our daily distribution. If you thrive on precision, prioritize safety, and are ready to be the powerhouse behind our inventory flow, we encourage you to apply!

Advantages
- Pay: $22 to $24 per hour
- Monday to Friday.
- Day shift and continental shift available.
- Location: Woodbridge, ON (transit accessible).


Responsibilities
- Safely operate the counterbalance forklift to move product.
- Finalize and secure outbound cargo by precisely staging, wrapping, and prepping pallet loads to guarantee stability and prevent damage during transit.
- Execute dock operations with speed and precision, safely loading and unloading trailers and containers to maintain a continuous and efficient logistics workflow.
- Utilize counterbalance forklifts to maneuver, stack, and organize high-volume inventory and finished goods throughout the facility with a constant focus on safety.
- Maintain inventory integrity and facility safety through regular cycle counts, organized stock management, and the proactive elimination of workplace hazards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 1 year experience operating the Counterbalance forklift.
- Must hold a valid Forklift certification.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
