Job descriptionExperience working in a business intelligence team / environment developing and delivering business intelligence and / or analytical reports and dashboards Experience working with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder to design and develop reports and dashboards and work with team members to explore options to redesign outdated reports Experience writing and working with Microsoft Power BI DAX code to implement business logic within Power BI reports Experience performing troubleshooting of SQL queries business intelligence and analytical reports as well as performing data analysis to complete data validation and ensure report accuracy. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases Knowledge of ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory Microsoft SSDT IBM InfoSphere DataStage etc. Experience / demonstrated ability writing Transact-SQL (T-SQL) queries (at least 4 years of experience) Experience / demonstrated ability working with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder to design and develop reports and dashboards (at least 2 years of experience) Experience / demonstrated ability writing DAX code perform data modelling and implement functionality within Power BI reports and dashboards (at least 2 years of experience) Experience / demonstrated ability using ETL tools such as Microsoft Azure Data Factory Data Bricks and IBM InfoSphere DataStage as well as data modelling methodologies. A Note on Assignment Type :
This position is currently listed as Onsite working 7.25 hours per calendar day sometime between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive unless otherwise identified.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement :
The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5 2027 and includes a six (6)-month survival clause allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue if operationally required until October 5 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and / or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5 2027 in accordance with the survival clause. Services required beyond this date will be acquired through a Request for Services (RFS) issued under the successor VOR.
The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.
