Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Planning Team Leader and drive operational excellence across our organization! We're looking for a strategic thinker who can orchestrate seamless flow of materials while leading a talented team to new heights. What will you do: Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant operations Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and ensure On-Time Delivery Coordinate cross-functional initiatives including promotional activities, new product launches, and part/supplier changes Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in order management and operations planning Provide strategic guidance to executive management on supply chain planning activities while serving on the entity's management committee Animate and maintain the Master Production Plan (MPP), analyzing needs and achievements while planning necessary resources Lead and manage the planning and order management team in alignment with SPS/SIM rules and plant cycle events.
