WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience
  • Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends)
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable, working collaboratively on a team and independently
  • Passion for providing an exceptional client
  • Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Regional Maintenance Associates contribute to the successful operations of our multi-unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, for providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, as well as upkeeping apartment units and grounds. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.

Compensation:

This posting is to backfill an existing position within the team.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $58,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package. Other offerings also include quarterly bonuses, comprehensive health and dental benefits, employee recognition program, continuous development opportunities, and a variety of paid time off plans (e.g. vacation, wellness, and volunteering days).
