Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipper Receiver is responsible for proper receiving and placement of goods and materials into designated receiving areas.

Key Position Functions:

• Unload and visually inspect all incoming goods, products and corresponding documentation
• Print receiving tickets, fill in all necessary parameters, sign and proceed to receive into ERP system
• Put away incoming material as per receiving instructions, Quality Control Procedures, and other requirements in a timely manner
• Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles and trailers as required
• Assist coordinators/pickers when required
• Advise Purchasing and Manufacturing of material shortages, product discrepancies, paperwork discrepancies or delivery delays
• Ensure proper and timely flow of paperwork for pick lists, purchase orders, packing slips, receiving tickets, receipt registers, MTR’s, and related documents
• Keeping both product and storage areas clearly labeled
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• One (1) year previous related experience is preferred
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented and a strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Work with minimum of supervision
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Training frequency: on-going/as needed
