Are you looking to kickstart your career with a world-class leader in the eyewear industry? We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Frame Clerk to join a dynamic team in Burnaby. This Frame Clerk position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. As a Frame Clerk, you will play a vital role in the quality control and logistics process, ensuring that every piece of eyewear meets the highest standards before moving to the next stage of production.

Pay rate of $18.50 per hour.
Shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Location : Burnaby

Responsibilities
• Receive incoming frames from couriers and delivery partners promptly.
• Unpack and organize frames according to established manufacturing & logistics protocols.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of each frame to check for any defects, chips, or scratches.
• Report any quality issues or damaged goods immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure the efficient flow of the manufacturing & logistics process.
• Use basic computer systems to log received items and update inventory status.
• Ensure all frames are handled with care to prevent any damage during the sorting process.
• Assist the broader manufacturing & logistics team with general warehouse tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of inventory.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Good communication skills to report discrepancies to management.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet daily targets.

Summary
The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in a similar industry, it is ideal for someone who has worked in a retail eye wear environment who is looking to advance & learn new skills.
Our client will expect punctuality, attention to detail, initiative, and a high level of detail. It is also a requirement that the successful candidate have a clear criminal background.
