Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage projects from initiation through closing phases, including assisting with proposals
Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering outstanding customer service and support
Possess knowledge in MEP design, installation, coordination, and maintenance (considered an asset)
Coordinate designs with other disciplines (internal and external) to achieve optimal design, constructability, and long-term performance
Provide technical guidance to designers and junior team members
Review designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, adequacy, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
Collaborate with engineers, designers, technologists, and project staff on technical guidance
Address construction support issues alongside design teams and contractors
Conduct site investigations, general construction reviews, and prepare field review reports as required
Perform other duties as assigned by Mechanical Leads or Mechanical Division Manager
Qualifications :
Strong client relationship skills with the ability to anticipate needs, add value, and build trust
Analytical mindset with ability to ask the right questions and get to the root of problems
Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with a track record of overcoming obstacles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
Ability to remove obstacles for the design team and keep projects moving
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously while maintaining focus
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and organization
Self-motivated, independent, yet thrives in team-oriented environments
Agile and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic project needs
Dedicated to continuous professional and personal growth
Experience and knowledge of high-rise MURB buildings and their mechanical and electrical systems is an asset
