This is a long-term contract opportunity to work on impactful, multinational project in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Business Validation Test Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting test activities for planned releases and rollouts. The role includes creating test plans, coordinating test phases, and ensuring smooth execution with local and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Core Tasks :
Develop detailed test plans for each planned release or rollout.
Define test scope for every release / rollout phase.
Write test scripts for users and ensure they are entered into Zephyr before execution.
Coordinate and define the test run schedule with execution teams.
Provide daily status reports to stakeholders during test phases.
Additional Responsibilities :
Collaborate with process teams, operations SMEs, and country users to plan and prepare for testing activities.
Manage and coordinate test environments and data requirements.
Ensure consistency in test execution schedules across local teams.
Oversee the quality of country acceptance execution and ensure readiness for sign-off.
Facilitate defect triages and lead issue resolution during test executions.
Coordinate exit activities for test phases and secure appropriate sign-offs.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Capabilities :
Proficiency in tools like Zephyr and Jira.
Familiarity with SAP S / 4 HANA (preferred).
Knowledge of ServiceNow (optional).
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Key Experience :
Hands-on experience in UAT / BV testing and coordination.
Proven SAP testing experience, preferably in large-scale implementations.
Expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting.
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
