Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for  our LA or Ontario office.

As a Senior Project Manager, you

o Represent firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site  investigations, establish schedule, prepare and finalize proposals

o Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design,  production, quality, training and employee performance

o Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.

o Initiate Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership to the region and the company.

o Possess a PE license and will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to  four non-supervisory employees.

Other responsibilities include :

o Assist in business development for prospective clients

o Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables

o Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices,  and negotiate and finalize back charges
