Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Brampton, Ontario
Duration: 12 Months

Introduction

Join our dynamic team to lead and manage the delivery of innovative Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. Leverage your expertise in project management and IAM technologies to drive successful project outcomes and align with enterprise security strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, Federation, IGA, CIAM, and PAM.
  • Experience delivering IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD Entra ID, Ping Identity.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex security or IAM programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall Hybrid.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing cross-geo and offshore teams.
  • Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile SAFe, or IAM/Security certifications (CISSP, CISM).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and projects, including IAM modernization.
  • Own project planning, scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
  • Ensure IAM solutions align with enterprise security architecture and Zero Trust strategy.
