  • Define and report program performance metrics (schedule, scope, quality, financials, testing progress, readiness, and cutover execution metrics).

  • Identify and remove barriers to delivery, including environment readiness, data quality, testing constraints, and cross-team dependency conflicts.

  • Experience leading delivery within a large-scale program requiring integration with multiple projects/workstreams and adherence to an overall program governance model.

  • Hands-on experience delivering SAP programs with a Finance focus (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) including configuration-led delivery with a system integrator.

  • Experience delivering Finance process transformation (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-toPay, Order-to-Cash) and ensuring alignment to financial controls, auditability, and reporting requirements.

  • Experience planning and managing programs/projects in a Public Sector organization (or similarly complex, regulated environment).

  • Experience managing a large system integration vendor and coordinating internal business SMEs, technical teams, and third parties.

  • Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams concurrently, including integrated schedule and dependency management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors concurrently (e.g., system integrator, AMS/support provider, testing partner, and niche solution vendors).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and listening skills, including ability to communicate effectively with Finance leadership and technical delivery teams.

  • Strong facilitation skills, including running fit-to-standard workshops, design decision forums, and executive-level governance meetings.

  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including ability to evaluate impacts to Finance controls, close processes, and reporting.

  • Strong exposure to SAP Activate methodology, including fit-to-standard, design governance, release management, cutover planning, and hypercare/stabilization.'

  • Solid understanding of SAP Finance solution architecture, integration patterns, and data concepts (e.g., master data, chart of accounts, cost objects, and reporting structures).
