The Program Manager is the strategic bridge between marketing objectives and creative execution. You will be responsible for establishing and executing omni-channel content programs that create a seamless, optimized journey for the customer. Following a "create once, publish everywhere" philosophy, you will work across eCommerce, digital, print, and in-store channels to ensure brand consistency and high-performing creative output.

Responsibilities
Translate high-level marketing objectives into results-driven, creative content that focuses on customer storytelling.
Lead the end-to-end execution of strategies from conception to market, leveraging internal creative and production teams for both paid and organic channels.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, evaluating requirements, developing omni-channel briefs, and identifying resource needs.
Establish and manage comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Chair and lead creative presentation meetings, advocating for creative work, building consensus, and communicating feedback to the project team (Designers, Writers, and Producers).
Partner closely with Content Producers to find innovative solutions for original photography and video requirements.
Qualifications
Education : University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience : 5+ years of experience in account management or creative project management within an agency or internal creative department.
Technical Knowledge : Proven success leading multi-channel creative programs (digital and traditional) with a strong understanding of paid media and creative best practices.
Systems Proficiency : Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and creative workflow systems.
Production Expertise (Bonus) : Previous experience managing in-house shoots, production logistics, and SKU management is highly desirable.
Summary
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels at navigating complex organizational structures to deliver cohesive brand experiences. If you have a track record of managing large-scale creative programs and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
