Trade Order Management System

Adopt Charles River order management system and portfolio management systems within the wealth businesses. CNR ( City National Rochdale ) and CNB ( City National Bank (subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada) Wealth & Trust.

This also needs strong CRD (Charles River Derivatives) implementation experience.

Again a multi year effort to do OMS across all entities and PM later.

Program Knowledge of the system is critical. Industry has people with this skill for in house implementation but we do not need that, we are looking at the SaaS implementation.
