About the Opportunity

• Supports the company’s growth strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, M&A evaluation, and strategic initiative execution.
• Partners with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, VP Strategy & Business Development) to assess acquisition opportunities, develop business cases, and drive strategic planning.
• Works cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, IT, and Regional VPs to support due diligence, integration, and market-specific initiatives.
• Produces high-quality executive materials that guide decision-making and long-term planning.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic planning.
• Strong experience supporting M&A transactions (evaluation, due diligence, integration) is highly preferred.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including market sizing and valuation.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation-building capabilities, with experience preparing materials for senior executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to combine large datasets, research findings, and financial information.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for executive audiences.

Salary Range
$120,000 - $135,000/ year
