About the Job Engage2Excel is looking for a Program Manager. In this temporary full‑time role (Six‑months term, with the potential to convert to a permanent full‑time position based on performance), you will be the front-line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day-to-day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely. As part of your primary responsibilities, you will :
- Be responsible for the day-to-day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.
- Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.
- Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions / issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.
- Monitor all aspects of customer program to ensure things are running per customer’s expectations, including surveys, website accuracy, non-responders, manager / recipient emails, solicitation materials shipping on schedule, timely shipping of products, etc.
- Proof customer invoices for accuracy (product pricing, shipping charges, handling charges, sorted per customer’s requirements, etc.).
