Job description

Join the Saskatchewan Roughriders and become a key player in our Corporate Partnerships team! We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Partner Success Coordinator to support the execution and administration of our partnership portfolio.

Reporting to the Manager, Partnership Success, this role plays an important supporting function within the Corporate Partnerships team by coordinating administrative processes, assisting with contract fulfillment, supporting internal communication, and helping deliver an exceptional partner experience.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure and process, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work behind the scenes to support team success.

Where You’ll Shine:

Support Partnership Fulfillment: Coordinate the administrative execution of partnership agreements by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, organizing documentation, and supporting fulfillment activities.

Effective Communication: Collaborate with internal departments and support partner communication to maintain alignment across business units by:

o Communicating fulfillment requirements and timelines;

o Sharing updates on partner activities and deliverables; and

o Coordinating follow-up and internal alignment where required.

Manage Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, asset inventories, fulfillment trackers, approval processes, and partnership documentation to support department effectiveness.

Coordinate Activation Delivery: Support the execution of partner assets across traditional media, in-stadium activations, celebrity appearances, signage, experiential marketing, hospitality programs, and community initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Reporting and Recaps: Prepare partnership recap materials, fulfillment summaries, and supporting reports that demonstrate value delivered to partners.

Support Department Operations: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Partnership Success and sales teams to help maintain deadlines, approvals, and overall workflow efficiency.

Support Events and Partner Experiences: Assist with the planning and execution of partner events, game day activities, and Club initiatives while contributing to a positive and professional partner experience.

Contribute to Team Success: Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen departmental processes and overall partner satisfaction.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years experience in a business-to-business relationship role with a preferable focus in client relations, administration, project management and contract fulfillment. Experience in sports and/or partnerships is an asset.
  • Completed post-secondary education in business, sport management or marketing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and collaboratively with a solution driven mindset.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, prioritization skills to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and build reputable working relationships with high profile clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience working with design programs such as Adobe Pro and Canva is an asset.
  • Availability to work irregular hours and work schedules, including all home game days.
