Job description

Intelcom | Dragonfly

With more than 100 sorting stations and operations across three continents, Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics. Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.

A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership and Governance

  • Lead complex transformation programs by defining objectives, expected outcomes, key milestones, and dependencies.
  • Establish and maintain strong governance: cadences, steering routines, committees, and decision-making mechanisms.
  • Challenge sponsors and owners constructively to ensure prioritization, alignment, and consistency in decision-making.

Stakeholder Alignment and Executive Communication

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and external vendors or clients.
  • Drive clear, concise, results-oriented communication across all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Anticipate organizational challenges and adjust plans proactively to protect program objectives.

Execution and Delivery Acceleration

  • Remove roadblocks quickly, clarify expectations, and maintain momentum when teams slow down.
  • Translate strategy into concrete, measurable execution plans.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, risks, and mitigation plans.

Proactive Risk Management and Problem-Solving

  • Identify structural risks early and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Facilitate trade-offs and help teams make fast, aligned decisions.
  • Manage ambiguity: structure the unknown and turn ideas into actionable steps.

Change Management and Adoption

  • Partner with change management teams to ensure successful adoption: communications, training, readiness, and phased deployments.
  • Prepare impactful executive-level communications and materials.

Financial Tracking and Performance

  • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and justify investments.
  • Prepare weekly executive program updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience in program management or complex project delivery, ideally in digital, operational, or technological transformation.
  • Experience in logistics/transportation or fast-paced operational environments (strong asset).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Office Suite, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).

Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to challenge sponsors and owners with diplomacy and managerial courage.
  • Comfortable presenting to, influencing, and negotiating with C-suite executives.
  • Strong results orientation: you drive progress and simplify complexity.
  • Excellent risk management, political acumen, and sound judgment.
  • Rigorous, organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Intellectual agility, growth mindset, and appetite for innovation and continual change.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Jira.
  • Fluency in French and English preferred.

Why Join Us?

At Intelcom | Dragonfly, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent. You’ll also enjoy a wide range of benefits:

  • On-site gym with a personal trainer

  • Employer-provided lunch of your choice

  • Comprehensive group insurance

  • Group RRSP plan

  • Care & Well‑Being Activities

  • Partial reimbursement for public transportation

  • Employee Assistance Program

…and much more.

This position has been opened to address a genuine organizational need within the company.

At Intelcom | Dragonfly, we move forward guided by strong values: collaboration, innovation, excellence, and responsibility.

We embrace diversity, ensure equity, and foster a true sense of belonging.

Accommodation measures are available for individuals with disabilities throughout our recruitment process, in compliance with the law. Please let us know if you have any specific needs.
