Description de poste

Summary:

  • Location: Montreal
  • Work Mode: Onsite/in-office presence required 4x/week

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution of HR’s knowledge architecture and content strategy, establishing common structures, standards, and lifecycle principles that improve consistency across decentralized HR teams.
  • Advise HR leaders, content owners, and subject-matter experts on reducing fragmented or duplicative content and adopting a more unified, governed model across AskHR and other employee-facing channels.
  • Evolve AI-ready content standards as employee consumption channels, product capabilities, retrieval performance, and AI-enabled experiences develop, ensuring HR knowledge remains clear, governed, and effective.
  • Lead cross-functional reviews of how knowledge supports AI-enabled employee journeys, translating findings into executive-ready recommendations, priorities, and roadmaps that align HR, Product, and Technology.
  • Work alongside KM team members, coaching them on knowledge architecture and AI-readiness practices and turning strategy into clear guidance they can apply in their day-to-day work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in knowledge management, information architecture, enterprise content, content strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Experience improving how enterprise knowledge is structured, classified, and governed, using approaches such as content models, taxonomy, or metadata.
  • Practical experience applying generative AI or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enterprise knowledge or content, with an understanding of the factors that influence retrieval quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment with senior stakeholders, and move ambiguous, cross-functional work forward across multiple workstreams in a global or decentralized organization.
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing others, including explaining complex concepts simply and giving junior colleagues clear direction they can act on.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands while maintaining momentum and quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial: Enterprise content and AI platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or comparable technologies.
  • Taxonomies, ontologies, semantic models, or structured-content approaches that support AI retrieval or agentic use cases.
  • Content-readiness assessments, retrieval evaluation, or knowledge-health measurement.
  • Regulated, global, or decentralized organizations, preferably supporting HR or employee-service experiences.
  • Change adoption, author enablement, or capability-building related to new content standards and ways of working.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work alongside the best and the brightest in an environment where you are supported and empowered.
  • Relentless collaborators and creative thinkers, fueled by their diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry.
  • Ample opportunity to move about the business for those who show passion and grit in their work.
