Shift: Rotational Day/Night Shifts
The General Labourer position at McAsphalt is the starting position of new employees with no previous
experience.
Reports to
The General Labourer works under the supervision of the Lead Hand operator, Production Manager or
Facility manager on the shift. Supervision is more direct until the labourer becomes familiar with the job
and requirements.
• General housekeeping, warehousing
• Packaging product (filling drums, boxes, pails etc)
• Assisting with production – Polymer Prod.
• Loading/Unloading Trucks – Packaged
• Assisting with production – Solution prep
• Dipping Tanks
• Forklift operation
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Beneficial assets include: high school diploma, physical fitness, mechanical aptitude, valid driver’s license with good driving record required to operate any McAsphalt Vehicle.
