The Server defines services our customer by taking and delivering food orders.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following :

• Confirms daily specials and provides detail information on ingredients as required
• Records client’s choices and relays same to kitchen
• Recalls orders accurately and delivers correct food items to clients
• Graciously and unobtrusively ensures client satisfaction with meals
• Ensures that clients know about new items on the menu
• Recommends wine and beverage pairings with assistance of bartender
• Recommends side dishes to compliment main courses
• Up-sells beverages, coffees and desserts as appropriate
• Handles all customer service concerns graciously, referring difficult issues to the Manager / Executive Chef
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche : $17.85 - $18.40 / 17,85$ - 18,40$ (per hour / de l’heure) Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
