Overview

We are looking for an experienced engineer in process instrumentation and automation to join our multidisciplinary this key role you will act as the technical lead on large-scale projects from requirements definition to commissioning. You will play a central role in developing robust and innovative solutions while providing technical guidance to project team members.

Your Role

As an engineer in this field you will :

• Act as a technical reference on automation projects collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Participate in the design of control architecture (DCS PLC SCADA) and selection of instrumentation equipment.
• Prepare cable lists and contribute to DCS or PLC I / O lists.
• Update P&IDs and related instrumentation and control data.
• Attend client meetings to define instrumentation and control needs and installation requirements.
• Draft standard specifications for valves and instruments technical datasheets and evaluate technical submissions.
• Design and prepare plans and specifications for tendering.
• Contribute to developing standards for motor schematics and interconnections.
• Participate in creating functional descriptions.
• Supervise site work and factory acceptance tests (FAT) as well as commissioning.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior or intermediate engineers.
• Participate in technical reviews and deliverable audits.
• Maintain close client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction.
