About the Job
As a Technician with Red Peak Home Services, you'll be on-site transforming homes through high-quality window washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and roof moss removal. You'll be prepping work areas, executing services with precision, and keeping job sites safe and organized. You'll work closely with a driven crew in a fast-paced, outdoor environment where effort and reliability actually matter. We train you from the ground up, so you build real, transferable skills : teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and accountability. Top performers gain leadership experience, strong references, and a clear path toward supervisory or management opportunities.
