Food Preparation: Follow recipes to slice, chop, mix, grill, sauté, bake, and plate menu items like pizzas, wings, pasta, and appetizers; Quality & Speed: Prioritize guest orders and maintain a sense of purpose and urgency during busy service rushes; Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to proper food handling guidelines, complete temperature logs, date and rotate stock, and keep the workspace clean; Teamwork: Work cooperatively with front-of-house and kitchen team members to ensure smooth shift operations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is preferred but entry-level positions (like prep cooks or dishwashers) may train on-site; Attributes: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced atmosphere, maintain composure, and stand for long periods; Availability: Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
