Job duties
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of Pest Control Technicians.
- Mentor and conduct ride a-longs with Pest Control Technicians.
- Assist service / branch manager in ensuring the Pest Control Technicians have the knowledge and tools needed to be successful.
- Oversee the performance and development of Corporate Account Technicians.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Onboarding new hires.
- Practice and enforce policies and procedures.
- Inspect premises to identify infestation source, extent of damage to property, and access to infested locations.
- Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
- Identify rodent entry points and implement exclusion measures in attics, crawlspaces, and other vulnerable areas.
- Be the one point of contact for select high value customers that have specific needs.
- Lead teams to install pest control barriers such as mesh, netting, and other exclusion materials.
- Inspect and formulate action plans for customers.
- Coach and counsel clients on preventing pest infestation.
- Lead large pest control projects including preparation and coordination.
- Generate new sales and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain and enforce a high level of customer service standards.
- Perform other duties as required.
Terms of employment
This is a full-time indefinite (permanent) position, working 35 hours / week.
Expected Employment Start Date : As soon as possible
Wage
$36.75 / hour
