-Cold-Chain & Reefer Operations: Take full accountability for temperature-controlled logistics (ocean reefers) for perishable and frozen food commodities, safeguarding product integrity from origin to destination.
-Direct Carrier & SSL Negotiations: Lead high-level ocean contract and freight rate negotiations directly with major Steamship Lines (SSLs) such as Maersk, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, and CMA CGM to secure space allocations, competitive rates, and detention/demurrage extensions.
-Intermodal & Drayage Optimization: Identify logistics bottlenecks, streamline drayage/warehousing networks, and modernize daily tracking workflows using advanced TMS and ERP systems.
-Financial & Claims Governance: Manage global RFQ/tender processes, oversee logistics budgets, and resolve high-value marine cargo insurance claims.

-Crosstrade & Trade Compliance: Expert knowledge of foreign-to-foreign shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin).
-Tech Stack: High proficiency in ERP/TMS systems (SAP TM, S/4HANA), WMS platforms, and advanced Excel.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. Professional certifications (CSCP, CCLP, P.Log) are strong assets.
