About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR functions and a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Address employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training, engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems.Note : Employee may be required to perform other duties as necessary to support the operational needs of the organization.
