Job description
Ready to Grow? Join Richmond’s Premier Food Production Team! Are you looking for more than just a job? Join a thriving food manufacturing leader where your hard work is rewarded with stability, competitive pay, and a clear path for growth. We aren't just packing food; we’re building a team of excellence—and we want you to be a part of it.

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Beat the morning rush)

📍 Location Note: Our Richmond facility is a hidden gem! Because we are off the main transit lines, a reliable vehicle is required

Advantages

Permanent Career Path: This isn't a short-term gig. We are looking for long-term team members who want to grow as the company expands.
Room to Grow: Step in on the ground floor! Startup environments offer the fastest routes to lead hand and supervisory roles for those who show initiative.

Our Hygiene & Safety Code:
We take food safety seriously. To join our production floor, you must be comfortable with:

Strict Hygiene: High standards of personal cleanliness.
