Napsteel is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our customer service team in our Surrey location. ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.Lead, support and manage employees while ensuring a positive, productive, and accountable work environment.Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.Establish performance goals and monitor teamIdentify operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow and resource allocation.Monitor operational expenses and optimize operational costs.Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure business objectives are met.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.Oversee vendor, supplier, and service-provider relationships as required.Maintain accurate records and ensure operational documentation is current and organized. Qualifications3+ years of experience in operations, management, administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and performance management.Organized, efficient and strong analytical skillsAbility to make sound decisions and take initiative with minimal supervisionSelf-motivated & able to problem solve within a fast paced, constantly growing environmentStrong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized ERP systemStrong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and a team playerExcellent written and verbal communication Why Work for Us:Company-paid benefits package, including Extended Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and VisionTwo weeks vacation to use in your first year, three weeks on your 2nd anniversary6 Personal Days to do whatever you like with4% RRSP matching program after three months
