Job description
Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Office Administrator to join our growing team. This position will support all divisions within the company while working closely with and reporting directly to the Senior Office Administrator.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and wants to grow within a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to all company divisions.
  • Assist with daily office operations and data entry.
  • Answer phones, emails, and coordinate communication.
  • Help organize files, documents, schedules and order supplies.
  • Provide coverage for the Senior Office Administrator during vacations, breaks, and time off.
  • Support the team with various office and administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience setting up mobile phones and troubleshooting issues.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous office experience is an asset but not required.

What We Offer: Pay - $22.00/hr.
