Real Estate Sales Representative - Buyer's Agent

We are looking for a motivated Buyer’s Agent to join our growing real estate team in Hamilton. This role is ideal for an agent who enjoys working with buyers, showing properties, and converting qualified leads into successful transactions.

Unlike traditional roles where agents must generate all their own business, we provide qualified buyer leads and marketing support to help you close more deals.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with qualified buyer leads provided by our team
  • Conduct buyer consultations to understand client needs and budgets
  • Schedule and conduct property showings
  • Help clients evaluate properties and submit competitive offers
  • Guide buyers through negotiations, conditions, and closing
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and active clients
  • Use our CRM to manage and nurture leads

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Ontario (RECO License required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to convert and nurture buyer leads
  • Self-driven with strong time management
  • Reliable transportation for property showings
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
