  • Utilize AI-powered analytics and anomaly detection to identify unusual access patterns, suspicious behavior, and potential security threats, supporting root-cause analysis and proactive issue resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and procedures to support audits, ensure compliance, and facilitate knowledge transfer across the support team.
  • Support audit and compliance processes, collaborate with IT teams on identity and access issues, provide user guidance on identity management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on security and operational efficiency.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM roles with focus on authorization solutions and access control implementation.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control issues
  • Proficiency with LDAP and Active Directory for identity support and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting authorization and access control systems with understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC principles.
  • Experience supporting cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, etc.) in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of API integration concepts and troubleshooting identity and access issues.
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting identity data
  • Experience with ticket management systems, incident tracking, and root-cause analysis methodology
