Job description

The Opportunity

This is not a “sit behind a desk and manage timelines” type of project role.

This is ownership.

You will take full control of restoration files from the moment a loss occurs through to final closeout. You will be the central point of coordination, decision-making, and communication, ensuring projects move forward efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, and trades.

If you thrive in environments where every day is different, where urgency meets accountability, and where your ability to lead directly impacts outcomes, this role offers a level of responsibility and visibility that is difficult to replicate.

Position Description

  • Own restoration projects end-to-end, from initial loss through completion
  • Assess damage across water, fire, smoke, mold, and related incidents
  • Develop scopes of work and coordinate execution across internal teams and subcontractors
  • Manage timelines, resources, and shifting priorities across multiple active files
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation including notes, photos, and updates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to required standards
  • Participate in after-hours or emergency response as required

Experience

  • Direct experience in insurance restoration is essential
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple active files simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with emergency losses such as water, fire, smoke, and mold
  • Experience working with adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractors
  • Strong understanding of full restoration lifecycle from intake to closeout

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, or similar platforms is strongly preferred
  • IICRC certifications such as WRT and FSRT are considered strong assets
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Highly organized with strong documentation discipline
  • Calm, composed, and effective in high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Decisive, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities
