Job descriptionProvide expert recruitment consulting services and successfully place healthcare professionals to help organizations serve their communities and improve healthcare workers' lives. Utilize your soft skills to solve complex interpersonal situations (we will also provide in-house Soft Skills training). We are looking for Recruitment Consultants for our healthcare recruitment start-up. Our main purpose is to improve the lives of healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals, and patients through our recruitment activities.
You’ll receive top-notch training, support , and access to our proprietary in-house technology . Candidates and client leads will be provided to you directly ( no need to source clients or candidates! ), allowing you to focus on delivering recruitment consulting expertise, solutions, and support to candidates and clients.
You will also be initially mentored by the founder, who has a proven track record of successful delivery. This will provide you with a swift path to effectively helping candidates and clients.

Closer Recruitment is a purpose-driven recruitment start-up specializing in healthcare . It is the baby of seven years of "lab work," involving 60+ people , including recognized recruitment experts, engineers, developers, consultants, and coaches.
We aspire to play a part in how healthcare work is delivered —for the benefit of organizations, professionals, and patients .
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
The purpose of your role will be to improve the lives of healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals, and patients. Some examples include :
- Placing a healthcare professional in an underserved area, giving 3,000+ patients access to healthcare for the first time in years.
- Helping a foreign-trained healthcare professional navigate the complexities of their licensing in Canada and placing them in a great organization for them.
- Preventing staff burnout by placing professionals in supportive environments or advising healthcare organizations on how to implement these environments.
- Finding someone a role closer to home, allowing them to spend an extra two hours per day with their family.
