Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely movement, storage, and handling of materials within warehouse and distribution operations. In this role you will support inbound receiving, internal transfers, outbound shipments, and manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Please note that this role will require flexibility to support operations across multiple locations as business needs dictate and that shift times will be from 11am – 7pm.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, move, stage, store, and transport materials in accordance with approved procedures
- Load and unload transfer trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Prepare pallets and shipments by stacking, wrapping, labeling, and staging
- Receive and inspect inbound materials for quantity, condition, temperature, and compliance
- Support material handling operations across multiple sites as operational needs require
- Follow all safety, ergonomic, GMP, quality, and 5S standards across assigned locations and operate approved material handling equipment safely and report issues or discrepancies promptly

The annual salary for this job ranges from :
$52,748.00 – $65,600.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
