We're seeking a Controller to join our entrepreneurial, fast-paced, culture of a start-up Accounting and Finance team. Reporting directly to leadership, you will oversee accounting operations, drive financial reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to support our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).

Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

Conduct financial and variance analyses to inform senior leadership decision-making.

Oversee accounting functions : AP, AR, general ledger.

Development of internal controls, ensuring GAAP and tax compliance.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Project Management) on financial strategy.

Mentor and develop finance team members.

Contribute to process improvements and system implementations (ERP, Power BI). Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation completed or in progress preferred.

3-4 years experience in a manufacturing environment, including 1-2 years managing inventory .

Hands-on experience working with companies in the $200M–$500M revenue range.

Strong background in internal controls, financial systems (QuickBooks, Excel, ERP), and US taxation is an asset.

Skilled in data-driven reporting and tools like Power BI .
