Job Title: General Labour – Production and Quality Operator Location: Milton L9T 5H3. Ontario, Onsite, please check on google maps if you can reach work.Work Type: Temporary to Permanent Shift: 12-hour shift, Overtime, Rotating shift – Day and Night shift Salary/Pay: $21 base pay with $1.40 premium for the 12-hour night shifts and $0.80 for all the other night shiftsVacancy: Immediate and Existing vacancyThe Role: General Labour – Production and Quality Operator

Responsible for maintaining continuous production while removing quality defects from the line and documenting all required test results
Quality Operator works with the quality department and maintenance to ensure that all quality requirements meet or exceed specifications.
Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained according to
standards, so production can be performed with high-quality results.
Perform general labour duties to support daily operations
Handle materials safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed

What you’ll bring:

Previous Manufacturing and warehouse experience is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 - 70 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check
