Key Responsibilities

:
  • Actively manage and grow the allied product category by identifying opportunities and leveraging market knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and seek new business opportunities within designated regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through detailed product knowledge and after-sales support.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, focusing on profitability and maximizing revenue generation.
  • Target new and existing accounts, developing strategies to increase market share.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to expand the network and stay up to date on industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferred – 1-2 years of experience in allied trading, buying, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with a high-energy level, persistence, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with creative thinking.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets consistently.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, including turnover and aging inventory.
  • Full cycle accountability for sales, claims, and inventory management.
  • Experience in making strategic profit-based decisions by evaluating various factors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Annual Salary – $52,000 to $60,000
